The Corporate Learning University
Blueprint
Profiler

Successful corporate universities and academies worldwide are based upon the sum of all development activities across the organisation.

The Corporate Learning University Blueprint Profiler is the world class enabling management model that connects all these activities into a coherent and meaningful whole.

The Blueprint Profiler is an online browser-based system which manages the inputs and outputs of the total development process enabling access and participation by people across an organisation’s locations and entities with immediate sharing of information and results.

The Blueprint Profiler is, in effect, a central processing unit, or CPU, for corporate learning investment decisions, strategy formulation and executive action. It provides an essential framework that defines the complete architecture and functions of the corporate university in terms of its important activities.

It is a process not a programme. It has exceptional flexibility, enabling managers to add elements additional activity elements that are specific to their particular situation. The process emphasises the importance of attention to detail throughout, building capability progressively.

The Blueprint Profiler model was originally established by tracking all the related activity variables in the form of an econometric mind-map, each of the defined Profiler activities being a focal point for review and positive change in performance.

This world class resource is available free-of-charge under licence to all ECUANET Partner Organisations.
